The hotel room was extremely comfortable, clean, and very quiet with a comfortable bed, good soundproofing, and the best view in the hotel. The service was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. The location is outstanding, perfect for touring the city's main attractions. The dining experience was overpriced, not meeting the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Despite that, the facilities were top-notch.
I found my stay at the hotel to be quite delightful. The room was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, well-appointed, and quiet, though the breakfast prices were a bit high for what was offered. The service was superb, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was excellent, close to all the attractions I wanted to visit, but the weekends seemed to have a bit more activity than I preferred.
The hotel is very spacious and clean, with a comfortable king size bed and local iconic art in the rooms. It's a very comfortable place to stay, although being near the column of elevators might bring some noise. The service is top-notch, with very cordial and helpful staff who can recommend and organize fun activities. The location is outstanding for exploring SF downtown and offers easy access to the financial district, though not ideal if you're in a hurry. The dining experience is decent with plenty of options, but the prices can be a bit high. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent amenities and facilities.
